The group was established in 1990 by the creation of Tycoon Enterprises, area devoted to marketing and trademark licensing. In few years, Tycoon had transformed the licensed business for most clients, who saw their interests multiply since the firm started representing them.By the year 2000, Tycoon had expanded to the rest of Latin America.
Tycoon Entertainment Group was founded in 1998. This move gave the firm not only knowledge and management of major entertainment brands, but also two important platforms to market these and other properties of the medium - the distribution of music and DVD content, and production of Live entertainment.
In 2008 Tycoon Entertainment announced the launch of a new business area, Lifestyle &
